Adrien Rovero, already the holder of a CFC in interior design and a Bachelor in industrial design, received his Master diploma in industrial design in 2006 from the Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne, ECAL (where he is now teaching) and open adrien rovero studio the same year.

Angelo Mangiarotti

Born in 1921

He graduated in Architecture in 1948 at Politecnico di Milano. In 1953-1954 he works in the United States, participating also to the competition for Chicago “LOOP”. While leaving abroad he knew Frank Lloyd Wright, Walter Gropius, Mies van der Rohe and Konrad Wachsmann.

By coming back from United States, he opened an architectural firm together with Bruno Morassutti until 1960.
In 1989 he founded Mangiarotti & Associates Office based in Tokyo.

Apparatus Studio

Founded in 2012 by Gabriel Hendifar and Jeremy Anderson. Born from playful experimentation with vintage lighting components, Apparatus is a New York based design studio. Aged brass, etched glass, leather, and porcelain are combinated to create lighting fixtures that fuse sculptural form with hand-worn materials. The result is a warm glow that is at once timeworn and thoroughly modern.

Lindsey Adelman

Lindsey Adams Adelman was born in New York City.

Her current work is a culmination of endlessly making things with her hands as a little girl, to receiving a BA in English Literature, to working for the Smithsonian, to finding her way to RISD to earn a BFA in Industrial Design. An ongoing interest in combining the hand-crafted with the machine-made, the sensual with the practical, and the feminine with the masculine consistently marks her work.

Michael Anastassiades
Michael Anastassiades founded his London design studio in 1994.

Schooled in industrial design and engineering at London's Royal College of Art and Imperial College – the Cypriot-born designer's lighting, mirrors, and tabletop objects reside between industrial design, sculpture and decorative art. Deceptively simple, yet meticulously detailed, they betray his training as a civil engineer and industrial designer.

Stéphane Parmentier started his career in fashion business. After having worked for Lanvin, Hervé Léger and Karl Lagerfeld, he has been director of the women’s ready-to-wear section for Givenchy and artistic director for Montana while launching his own line under his name.
